Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Operations Supervisor to lead and support our highly skilled technicians in the field. This is a pivotal leadership role, coordinating our remote operations throughout Western Australia, driving performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Specialising in line boring, boiler-making services and labour hire this is a chance to join a high performing team and advance in your career in a Perth based role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate field service teams across multiple remote sites
• Provide technical guidance
• Plan, allocate, and manage job scheduling, site logistics, and resourcing
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance protocols are met
• Act as the key liaison between clients, technicians, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues and provide rapid response to minimise downtime
• Mentor and support the development of Borex employees
• Report on job progress, equipment status, and performance metrics

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in a field-based or remote environment
• Trade background in boiler-making or machinist ( line boring )
• Ability to manage competing priorities and field logistics
• Solid understanding of safety systems, maintenance standards, and site compliance
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for people and operational excellence
• Willingness to travel to remote sites as required
